This talk will help designers, developers, and owners approach their software project, such as a WordPress website, from the perspective of “product” and context of use of “users”, with a 7-pronged cyclical strategy that accommodates every aspect of user experience design. By the end of this workshop, the audience will come at a website with content suitable for defined users informing their choice of design, that is “theme”, rather than bend a “theme to their will”. They may thus be capable of architecting usable, useful, and satisfying software (websites, mobile apps, etc) with WordPress.
