I am a divergent technology enthusiast, born with the heart of a nomad and WordPress saved me from roaming the internet 9+ years ago by giving me a voice of my own which I use freely on my blogs. Hence, it isn't a surprise that I love WordPress & backpacking, right? I am building WPSlay for SMEs with WordPress websites needing support and maintenance, Gbefunwa for hosting WordPress websites, and a co-living community in Lagos, NGA in the works. I work full-time at Stranger Studios, makers of the powerful PMPro membership plugin for WordPress websites. I volunteer for Uwani Hub and the African WordPress community in my spare time.

WCLOS19 Day One – Three Recap!

Dear WP Enthusiasts,

WCLOS19 has come and gone!! We had practical sessions on day, one, we learnt a lot from a pool of experts and professionals on day two, and on day three, we contributed to WordPress, we shared and networked with one another. Thanks to all our media supporters, we have videos and pictures to share, Lamide Yelo (she has a Youtube playlist for WordCamps in Africa), Art43 Media, Tech Informant, Dennis Ojenomoh, and Yinka Falade.

Photos taken through out the event can be found in our album here – http://bit.ly/wclos19photos more will be added in the coming week.

If you took selfies, wefies with folks and Ayantero at the event, please share by adding them up here: http://bit.ly/addmywclos19photos.

Day one recap by Lamide Yelo – Don’t forget to show her love by subscribing to her YouTube channel.

The Kids and Teenagers Camp was a huge success, led by the team at Kids that Code NG and Obaloluwa. They built a blog for the event and a plugin that translates the backend of the WP-Admin dashboard to Italian language.
